The Museum of St Helena is free to all visitors

Opening Times

The museum is open Thursday and Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm

Special openings during Cruise Ship visits and when the R.M.S St Helena, is anchored in James's Bay.

Getting Here

The Museum is located in lower Jamestown at the base of Jacob's Ladder.

Tours

Discover the history and culture of St Helena. A 30minute tour with the Museum's Director. The tour has an admissions fee of £2 per person and is only available by booking.

Kiddies Workshops

The Museum welcomes school groups. Booking a school visit is easy! Telephone the museum on 2845 to arrange your class visits. Visits of this nature are not restricted to the opening times of the museum and made on Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Conference Venue

The Beaden Gallery can be hired for conferences, organisational workshops, meetings, exhibitions, etc. If you are interested in hiring this space then you will need to contact the museum for further details.
